Samir Nangia

MD-CPE

“Coach Samir” is a Fellowship Trained Coach by International Coaching Federation Certified Coaches. He also holds a Certified Physician Executive Degree from the American Association of Physician Leaders. He has held several leadership positions which include, Dallas Renal Group, Methodist Health System Corporate Medical Board, Methodist Health System ACO Board of Directors, American Board of Internal Medicine Nephrology Board, and currently serves as the President of the Medical Staff at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. He currently holds faculty appointments at TCU/HSC School of Medicine and University of California San Diego and is a private practicing Nephrologist. He has a passion for leadership and is the Co-Creator and Co-Course Director for Nephrology Business Leadership University (NBLUniv.com). Coach Samir enjoys hosting a popular Medical Radio Show “Doc Talk Live” on FM Radio and on several podcast platforms (doctalklive.com). He also enjoys spending time with his family and traveling the world! Coach Samir enjoys Coaching his clients to success using Coaching techniques adopted from the International Coaching Federation!

Jennifer Coffman

MD-CPE

Coach Jennifer graduated with honors from Texas Christian University and then pursued a medical degree from UT Southwestern, where she was named top student in emergency medicine. Following graduation, she stayed at UT Southwestern for her emergency medicine residency at Parkland hospital, which she accomplished while raising two children under the age of three. Coach Jennifer is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and currently serves as the medical director of her hospital’s emergency department. She has extensive leadership training and pursued her Certified Physician Executive Degree in 2017. In 2018, she became a fellowship trained coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. In 2020, she was named director of the year by EMC of TeamHealth and was also awarded physician of the year by the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council.

Her favorite thing about coaching is when clients have breakthrough moments, and she looks forward to bringing coaching to healthcare and other industries. Jennifer is a wife and mother to two wonderful children. Her interests include TCU football, traveling, skiing, and good food.

Daisy Nwachukwu

MD-CPE

Coach Daisy is a practicing internal medicine physician who enjoys working with people and coaching. As a physician leader she understands coaching in integral to effective leadership.

Coach Daisy trained at UTSW as an Internal Medicine Physician. She attained a fellowship training in coaching by the International Coaching Federation. She also holds a Certified Physician Executive degree from the American Association of Physician Leaders. She currently serves as an Associate Medical Director for a Hospitalist group amid several leadership roles within the hospital.

She enjoys coaching and working with clients achieve their desired goals. She is happily married and has 3 wonderful children. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling the world.
